Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
Delivery may not be completed due to:

- Recipient unavailable at the delivery location
- Refusal to accept the package at the time of delivery
Action:
- Shipments affected by these issues will be returned to our warehouse
- Customers can contact us to arrange a re-dispatch
