Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first
- To request a cancellation, contact our support team via email
- Once approved, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Orders Already Shipped
- Cancellation requests cannot be processed after an order has been dispatched
- After delivery, items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
Modifying Orders
- Changes to products or delivery addresses are not allowed once an order is placed
- If modifications are required:
- Cancel the existing order, provided it qualifies for cancellation
- Place a new order with the updated or correct details
- Cancel the existing order, provided it qualifies for cancellation
